Is there a time commitment for the membership and can I cancel at any time?
The subscription options guarantee a discounted price for a 2-year term commitment. Due to cultural competency being state-mandated, we hope you can continue your continuing education with us for a multiple years. You can cancel either subscription at any time before the next renewal, but there are no refunds. We're confident the membership will provide you with so much value that you wouldn’t even consider canceling.

When do I receive the discounted subscription training price?
Once you continue your education with us, our system will automatically recognize you as a continuing customer, and your payment method will be charged for the second year of training. This automated process ensures that your subscription remains active and uninterrupted, so you can continue to access our services without any inconvenience. If you have any concerns or would like to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, please contact our team, and we will be happy to assist you. Can I share my subscription with my team?
Please note that each registrant will need their own login information to access our training materials. To keep our prices low and ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality services, we kindly ask that everyone abides by the terms and conditions of our training programs. This includes respecting our property rights and refraining from sharing login information with others who have not registered for the training.
